Here is my ToS:Ordering• You can order a commission on my Ko-fi page. Give me all the details, like references, ideas, overall mood or whatever you have in mind.
• If you haven't already reached me out, I’ll try to contact you.Pricing & Payment• Prices are listed on my Ko-fi page. If there’s something special you want, I’ll let you know how much it’ll cost.
• Payment is needed up front, either through PayPal or credit card via Ko-fi. Once paid, I’ll start your commission!The Process (if the commissioned artwork is something more than a simple sketch)• I’ll send you a rough sketch to approve before I get too far into the piece. You can ask for small tweaks here.
• Once you’re happy with the sketch, I’ll finish it up and send you the final digital file by e-mail or WeTransfer (usually PNG).Revisions (if the commissioned artwork is something more than a simple sketch)• You can ask for one round of revisions after I send the sketch. If you want to change a lot after that, there might be an extra charge.
• Please be clear from the start so we don’t have to do a ton of back-and-forth!Timing & Delivery• I usually take around a month to finish, but if you need it sooner, let me know! Just so you know I might charge a little extra for a rush.
• I’ll send you the final HQ digital file by email or via WeTransfer (usually PNG).Cancellations & Refunds• If you cancel before I start, I’ll give you a full refund.
• After I start, no refunds unless something comes up on my end (e.g., I can’t finish the work).
• If I can’t finish your piece, I’ll refund you.Rights to the Artwork• I still own the rights to the artwork. I might share it on my social media or portfolio. If you want to use it for something else (which will give you income), We can talk about it privately, but it will come with extra pricing.
• You’re free to use the artwork for personal stuff (social media, prints for yourself, etc.) but not for commercial stuff unless we discuss it.What I Won’t DrawI won’t accept commissions for:
• Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• Explicit or illegal stuff.
• Anything that copies other artists’ work.
• Gore
• Heavy NSFW (e.g. sex scenes, nudity)Info for you• The more details you give me, the better the art will turn out! References are super helpful.
